I have a couple of files made with Solidworks.

This one is the smallest

You can scale these to whatever size, The numbers are for a ten footer taken from the Home Brew Wind Power book, by Dan fink and Dan Bartman

I'll get the other files uploaded to my files section.

I don't know, can every one get to my files section, Tom?

I also uploaded the new CNC Router patterns for five foot blades as a top and bottom file. The 3ds files are for the are for http://www.vectric.com/ VCarve Pro as the router software needed but were originally made using SolidWorks  http://www.solidworks.com/

Can you save this as a .dxf file so I can open it in AutoCad?

I downloaded a 3D viewer and after looking at your drawing it looks like you don't have the correct pitch on the back side of the blade. It looks like you kept it flat all the way down the entire length of the blade and put a radius on the trailing edge. I am by no means an expert on blade design but according to the ones from the book there is a difference. Or does this not matter?

Perhaps you should draw your own .... that way it will not have mistakes.
