Trace 1524 putting out 85 Volts

Found my inverter is puting out low voltage when a certain gadget wouldn't run. Everything else seems to work fine, the tv and assorted electronics. So is this a sign that my trusty DR1524 is soon to reach inverter heaven?

Some meters do not read the MSW voltage right.
That's probably the problem.
I know some regular TVs have a picture that shrinks, with black around the edge of the screen, when the voltage is too low.

I noticed my Radio Shack digital won't read it at all. I am relying on an analog. It was interesting that it read the same on a little inverter as well. The problem is with a component for the microwave internet dish. The tech came out and said voltage was low and it was taking several seconds too get powered up.
