I have grid tie battery back up system that my Borney inclin 1500 wind generator in connected to, The problem I am having is when the batteries are full the controller will not send the power to the grid and instead the dump load will kick on.
The Bornay turbine is a Spanish company with little North American support , most of the documentation is in spanglish and hard to understand.
I am looking for someone that knows or has info about the problem(s) I am having or a company in north American the deals with this type of wind generator.
