155F degrees off the vent leading into my house. The panel is 3.5' x 7' I'm using a 80cfm fan and think I should use a bigger fan for a little more cfm. Any thoughts? I can send someone plans if your interested.

I am sure many of us would be interested in your method. Please post it to your files section then anyone who is interested can download it and look at it. Pictures are always nice, too. Even a text description would help a few of us understand the method.

It really seems like when they designed this, they were going for "cheap" and more bang for the buck, instead of higher effeciency, but accidentally found a design that was more effecient as well. All I know is, I bought about half of the materials yesterday at Home Depot, and today am trying to scope out where I'll put it.
