5.125" dual rotar update.

I've installed the #4 brass screws for the coil wire and lead wire conection.

Stator with lead wires conected.

I'm using an 8" Cerwin Vega speaker basket as the stator support. Also using a speaker magnet baking plate for steel rotor disc.

Getting a littel closer, the shaft/bearing support is next.

Yes they are. I've made the other disc but have not glued the magnets yet.

I have no idea what this littel guy will do for output. That dosen't matter, its just a test alt.

However after build these littel test alts I may fly them someplace? Small blades I think?

    Have ment to get down your way to visit and see all those wind gens, but just haven,t made it yet !!

    That,s a really neat use of surplus speaker parts !!

   Haven,t done much more on wind gens, this year as have been working on a diesel powered Suzuki Samurai jeep -- Toyota turbocharged diesel !!

   Anyway, your project looks great and your posts are always interesting, keep them comeing,  Bill H....
